2. Which data do we process and why?

We may process your name, company name, job title, email address, telephone number, address details, correspondence, quotation details, order details, delivery details, invoice details and payment details.

We use this data for contact, quotations, agreements, orders, delivery, invoicing, administration, legal obligations, security and the establishment or defence of legal claims.

When you visit the website, limited technical data may be processed, such as IP address, browser type, time of visit and security logs.

3. Legal grounds

We process personal data when this is needed to prepare or perform an agreement, comply with a legal obligation, pursue a legitimate business interest or where you have given consent. You can withdraw consent at any time.

4. Sharing data and processing outside the EEA

Floramics does not sell personal data. We only share data when this is needed for our business operations, an agreement or a legal obligation, for example with technical, administrative, financial, logistics or professional service providers.

Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, we use a valid legal basis and appropriate safeguards where required.

5. Retention periods

We do not keep personal data longer than necessary. Business correspondence and files are kept for as long as they remain relevant to the relationship and possible claims. Data required for tax records is generally kept for seven years. Technical logs are only kept for as long as needed for management and security.

Floramics does not use advertising cookies, marketing cookies, Google Analytics or advertising pixels. The website may use only technically necessary cookies or similar technologies for correct and secure operation.

7. Security and automated decision-making

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. Floramics does not make decisions with significant consequences based solely on automated processing and does not use personal data for automated profiling.

8. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or transfer your personal data. You can object to processing, withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
